This is Ty Swoap! Ty has been a friend of the Perrysburg Firefighters for a few years now and spreads joy wherever he goes. Ty has was diagnosed with Treacher Collins syndrome and will need on going surgeries. donations made at this years car wash will go to the family to help with some of the medical expenses.
